So far we've met Gary Matthews, Ryan Madson, Jayson Werth, Charlie Manuel, Brad Lidge, Chris Coste, Chad Durbin, Pedro Feliz, Chase Utley, Rich Dubee, Carlos Ruiz, Cole Hamels, Eric Bruntlett, JC Romero, Scott Eyre, Matt Stairs, JA Happ, Milt Thompson, Greg Dobbs and Shane Victorino. We also had some help getting a World Series balls with So Taguchi and Pat Burrell autographs.

12/13/2008  We meet Gary Matthews at Sam's Club in Willow Grove, PA to purchase and have signed copies of "Phillies Confidential". We also got his 1982 Topps card signed. Neat part was Mike learned that Gary Matthews had been the NL Rookie of the Year in 1963!

1/17/2009 Mike and I catch up with relief pitcher Ryan Madson at BC Collectibles in the Oxford Valley Mall. We got our first autograph on our 2008 World Series Champions bat along with a couple World Series balls.

On 1/18/09 we made it to Carl's Cards to see rightfielder Jayson Werth

Then on 1/24 it was manager Charlie Manuel first at Carl's Cards

 And then closer Brad Lidge at BC Collectibles in Manoa, PA

Wednesday night, 2/4 we were off to BC Collectibles in King of Prussia Mall to see catcher Chris Coste. This time we brought Mary Kate along.

Forgot the camera when we caught relief pitcher Chad Durbin @ Carl's Cards. Got the bat and a ball as well as my game used St. Patty's day hat from 2008.

6/19/09 We took Mike's friend, Colin, with us to Carl's where we got third baseman Pedro Feliz on the bat and another ball.

Then our first Phillies Phestival on Monday 6/21. We ended up getting Chase Utley, Rich Dubee, Carlos Ruiz, Cole Hamels and Eric Bruntlett on the bat and a Cole Hamels ball that he signed on the panel next to the WS logo :-(

Thanks to Rick for helping us obtain this So Taguchi World Series ball. Taguchi is currently playing for the Iowa Cubs in the Pacific Coast League (AAA) and Rick tracked him down for us at a game in Des Moines on 7/1, THANKS RICK!

On 8/6 Mr. Mailman arrived with a ball signed by Pat Burrell. This is the first ball that I actually bought and did not get in persoon. Was a great deal, especially if I never get the opportunity to get the autograph myself.

On 8/8 we went to the Poppel card show where we saw Matt Stairs, JA Happ and Milt Thompson. Rich Dubee (we had bat, needed ball) and Scott Eyre (didn't need) were also there. Clay Condrey cancelled becasue he was in Clearwater rehabbing.Matt StairsJA Happ

On 10/1 we were a part of Lidge's Legion. Each month Brad Lidge invites some patients from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Mike had some surgery on 9/16 and was later invited to come to the ballpark to go on the field to meet brad Lidge. He got a hat, a couple tickets, food vouchers and some time with Brad Lidge. We also saw Shane Victorino and Jayson Werth for World Series balls.They were plaing the Astros so we also got Aaron Boone, Jason Michaels, JR Towles and Ed Wade.                 Here's a bunch of balls we got on 8/8 including Stairs, Dubee, Thompson and Happ (top row). Other balls are Greg Luzinski and Bob Boone (OMLB), Larry Anderson on WS ball and Ricky Botallico (middle row) and 93 WS ball with a bunch and (2) Dan Uggla's. 

And we got this pretty cool 16x20 from MLB.com that we designed signed by Matt Stairs
